Steven Fullman

Steven Fullman is a partner in the Company and Commercial Group and specialises in corporate transactional and commercial work for SMEs and entrepreneurs.

Steven has significant experience of transactions involving the sale and purchase of foreign SPV companies holding UK property. He also regularly advises on shareholder agreements and other “joint venture” relationships/arrangements.

Also, Steven has a specialist leaning towards a number of workplace and IP/IT related agreements advising on non-contentious employment law, data protection and technology licensing.
