Apple will launch the iPad in nine more countries on May 28.
Only released in the US to date, the tablet device will be made available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland and the UK later this month.
The 16GB model will cost £429, the 32GB model £499, and the 64GB unit £599. 3G versions of the same models will cost £529, £599 and £699 respectively.
Customers will be able to pre-order all iPad models from Apple’s online store from Monday, May 10.
In the US, Apple has sold over one million iPads since the device’s April 3 release. It was expected to launch internationally in late April but was postponed due to higher than expected US demand.
